Finally, the coffee is very popular and the demand is high. But how is this coffee made? A wild asian palm Civet climbs up coffee trees and eats up some of the finest coffee beans. Then the beans are digested and thrown out as its feces. Farmers and workers search for the droppings and bring it to processing plants. From there it is thoroughly cleansed and mixed in hot water.
