HorseBack Riding

I've started to take HorseBack riding lessons at the Sharjah Equestrian and Racing club. My first lesson was the basics of getting steady and balanced. The horses name was 'Pirate.' The second lesson I took was mainly the same but at the end the proctor threw in a surprise. The guider released the horse and the horse started galloping away. I held on tight and deep inside I was literally petrified. At first i thought that i was going to fall, the proctor kept telling me to pull the reign, so i did and the horse stopped. That was one of the most terrifying experiences i've ever faced. But at the end, i looked back at it as a great experience. I sit here wondering what awaits me in the next class.

The Dubai Desert Classic Golf Tournament

A couple days ago the Dubai Desert Classic was held at the Emirates Golf Club at Emirates Hill Dubai, UAE. I received a free ticket from the golf club that i take classes in which is the Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club. On arrival, I went straight to the driving range area, where I got to watch the professionals practice hitting. Some steps away was the pitching and bunker practice area, where they practiced chipping, pitching, and hitting in the bunker. After that, I watched a couple of pro's tee-off. Eventually came Rory Mcllroy and his tee-off group which also included Martin Keymer. Mcllroy is currently the worlds Number 2 golfer! We followed his group around the eighteen holes for around 8 hours in total, in between rounds, I ate lunch at the various canteens they had around the course. The winner of the Tournament was Cabrera Bello with the score of -18.

Degrees of Murder and Punishments

For committing a horrid crime such as murder, a suitable action must be taken. Law categorizes murder in 2 ways:

1.Murder in the first degree.
2.Murder in the second degree
  -Man slaughter.

First degree murder is known as planned killing. By this, it means that the murderer took time to plan before he committed the crime. Therefore it is known as unlawful. The punishment for first degree murder is life sentence or death. Most countries have stopped death penalty but it is still practiced.
Second degree murder is a murder thats stumbled upon or not planned. It is a murder that is lower then that of the first degree. The punishment for the second degree murder is any terms of sentence in jail (from court) or life sentence.
Even lower then second degree murder is man slaughter or sometimes called third degree. Manslaughter is generally a lighter punishment then a second degree murder. Known to be 'Un-intentional.' An example would be a drunk driver who runs over a pedestrian. The manslaughter mentioned is 'involuntary' but there is also 'voluntary' manslaughter. 'Voluntary' manslaughter is like the second degree but instead a normal person killed due to the learning of something. Otherwise, its known as a "passionate" kill.

2012 Happy New Year

I guess I'm  a bit late for some people but I wish everyone a "Happy New Year!" Being sometime into the new year, it's funny that the 2012 predictions are coming our way. Total joke in my opinion. Being based off the Mayan calendar. Anyways, we'll see whats to come. Happy New Year!

Golfing

Two day ago, me and my three friends went golfing at Sharjah Gold and Shooting Club. We took an eighteen hole game and drove together with golf carts. The experience was nice and we all played well. On hole 10, the course was at its peak and many other golfers were coming. So we were slightly pressured by people behind us and slowed down by people in front of us. On one of the holes, my friend hit very far, about 250 yards and almost hit the person in front of us. They were angry and complained, so that shows that you should be careful when you hit. Anyways, the eighteen holes was very fun and I hope to do that again!

Jailbreak'ing to the furthest

Despite the amount of updates continuously released by Apple, the jailbreaking community finds a way to jailbreak it. What was the big deal of the Iphone 4S? Well the Iphone 4S mainly has better graphics and a better A5 chip, but the main feature was Siri. Siri is basically a built in program that understand speech and does what you say. For example," Please call my 'Mom' afterschool." It will then do that at the specified time. Anyways, Siri was meant to be the special feature of the Iphone 4S as specified before. But now hackers have found a way to put Siri on the Iphone 4! Even with the new release of the firmware update 5.1, its been jailbroken. Its also an untethered jailbreak! You can search it up on many websites but normally for a jailbreak, i use Redsn0w. The Redsn0w application also allows you to boot for tethered and it has many features along with it!
